Having spent the better part of his professional life in financial inclusion, Prasad has led Caspian's effort in exploring how these lessons can be replicated and amplified in other sectors. Having transitioned to the role of Chairman in 2025, Prasad now enjoys splitting his time between Caspian and Luna - the independent bookstore that he owns and manages along with his wife, Shilpa.
