It is also an Investment Advisor registered under the SEBI (Investment Advisors) Regulations, 2013 (and later amendments), with SEBI Reg. No.: INA000016995. the PM serves as the Sponsor and Manager of the Buoyant Capital AIF (a Category III AIF) as defined by the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 (including any changes), with SEBI Reg. No.: INAIF322231125.
