Abhay Pandey

Abhay Pandey is a Founding General Partner at A91 Partners. Before co-founding the firm, he served as a Managing Director at Sequoia Capital India (2007–2018), where he led high-profile investments in companies like Vini Cosmetics, Indigo Paints, and B9 Beverages (Bira 91). An alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIM Calcutta, Pandey also worked as an investment banker at DSP Merrill Lynch and a consultant at McKinsey & Co. He is known for his deep expertise in the consumer and healthcare sectors and is a frequent contributor to the Indian private equity ecosystem through his role in the IVCA.
