Alok Mehta

Alok heads Investor Success at Blume, keeping investors engaged through reports, governance, co-investments, and development. He handles fundraising, reporting, engagement, and environmental, social, and governance standards at Blume and its companies.   Alok's finance career has been diverse, providing him with the ability to handle uncertainty. After studying biology and chemistry, he moved from investment banking to corporate banking, partnerships, and finance. He's lived in Agra, Kolkata, and Mumbai. His work included mergers and acquisitions, regulation, deal-making, and ICICI Bank and Brand Capital.   He began working in Indian venture capital at Blume, managing portfolio finance, fund structures, fundraising, and investor relations.   Alok holds a charter from the CFA Institute, USA, and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.   He enjoys comics, films (especially Bollywood from the 80s and 90s), tennis, history, politics, and economics.
