Amit Mantri

Amit Mantri is the Co-founder and Fund Manager of 2Point2 Capital. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and is a CFA charterholder. With over 15 years of investing experience, Mantri specializes in fundamental research and "short-side" analysis, famously earning global recognition for his research on structural business challenges. Before founding 2Point2, he was Vice-President at Hornbill Capital, a long-short hedge fund, and managed investments in pharma, logistics, and financial services at Zephyr Peacock. At 2Point2, he spearheads the "Long Term Value Fund," focusing on high-quality businesses with strong competitive moats and ethical management.
