Anand Kartikeyan
Anand has 25+ years of corporate and leadership experience across leading organisations such as HSBC, Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, ICICI Bank and IndusInd Bank. He has an established track record in managing geographies, P&L responsibilities and teams in the Corporate/Investment Banking and Consulting space. His corporate achievements have included scaling up fledgling businesses, reengineering strategic turnarounds of under-performing units, new client acquisition, business development, complex transaction execution (M&A, leveraged and structured finance), strategy formulation and execution. Trained in psychology, therapy, certifications in executive coaching (ICF-PCC), organizational culture/development and psychometrics. Anand’s additional expertise is in people, culture and leadership domains. Anand is the Chief Business Officer at Agreya responsible for expanding client reach, building distribution and heading sales team, amongst others.
Anand holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Madras and a post graduate diploma in management from Symbiosis, Pune.
