Anil Jain

Refex Group was founded in 2002 and currently has a portfolio of 0.5GW of solar PV installations across the country. In 2008, he embarked on an exciting journey to develop solar as a sustainable energy source and provide eco-friendly power alternatives in India. He established a network of approximately 120 dealers and distributors across the country for the refrigerant gas business.   In his personal capacity, he has nurtured start-ups and mentored them to success, as well as established an Incubation Center in Chennai. He has invested in over 20 start-ups through AJ Ventures, including Orbo.ai, ilovediamonds, Detect Technologies, Easypolicy.com, which was founded by the former promoter of Policybazaar.com, a mobile and data telemetry company, Sun Telematics, a fintech, AI, IOT, manufacturing and pharmaceutical technology company, and others.   He is also the Secretary General of the Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) and played a key role in the establishment of JITO Pan India's Angel Investment and Incubation Centre. He graduated from Loyola College in Chennai.
