Shridhar has a rich experience in Stock Broking operations, Corporate Finance & Treasury, Compliance, and client services. Prior to joining Way2Wealth he was a Wholetime & Designated Director at MEMG Securities Ltd., Bangalore, a Stock Broking company of the Manipal Group. He started his career in Capital Markets in 1995 as part of Merchant Banking team at ICDS Ltd., a Category 1 Merchant Banker. Currently he oversees Operations in Broking, Fixed Income & Third-party Products and spearheads new initiatives to enhance the operational efficiency and client experience.
