Krishankant Rathi

KK Rathi has more than 35 years of experience in private equity investing, mergers, acquisitions, corporate strategy, business restructuring, and joint ventures, both in India and abroad. He’s been key in developing and growing big companies in many fields.   Right now, he's a Partner and Investment Committee member at Motilal Oswal Private Equity, a respected growth capital firm that takes care of over $1 billion in assets. Before this, he was CEO of Future Ventures Limited, the Future Group's investment division, where he managed $200 million invested in 16 companies. He also served as Group CFO at Future Retail when it was India’s largest retail chain.   Earlier, KK Rathi was CFO at H&R Johnson (India) Limited, India’s biggest vitrified tile maker, and Head of Corporate Finance at KEC International, India’s second-largest electric power transmission tower maker. His career shows he has strong financial skills and knows how to carry out strategies.
