Nishant Sharma

Nishant Sharma is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Kedaara Capital with over 17 years of private equity experience across different industries and market conditions in India. Throughout his career, he has led investment sourcing, portfolio management, and successful exits. Before starting Kedaara, Nishant was a Principal and core member of the India investment team at General Atlantic. There, he co-led investments in areas like financial services, healthcare, business services, and tech, including deals in companies like IndusInd Bank and Jubilant Lifesciences. Prior to that, he worked at McKinsey & Company and contributed to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s HIV/AIDS program in India. Nishant holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a dual degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from IIT Delhi. He sits on multiple boards and has been recognized as one of India’s dynamic business leaders.
