Keshav Garg, a director here, has worked in equity markets for over 15 years. He went to Fergusson College in Pune and really knows his stuff when it comes to investing in small-cap companies. You need good research skills and to know what’s happening on the ground to do that well.
Over the years, he’s talked with the people running tons of companies. This gives him a leg up when it comes to judging how good a business is, how much it could grow, and how trustworthy its leaders are. Because he’s seen so many kinds of businesses and leaders, he’s good at spotting chances early and seeing risks clearly.
At the company, Keshav keeps an eye on how things are running day to day. He also helps out a lot with research and figuring out where to put our money. He can mix what the data tells him with what he’s seen in the real world. That makes him super important to how we do research-based investing, mainly with those small-cap companies that are always changing and often don’t get enough attention from researchers.
