Fund Purpose

The fund's purpose is an actively managed, long only investment strategy under the discretionary mandate designed to make investments in stocks while being completely sector and market capitalization agnostic.

The investment objective is to generate significant capital appreciation by investing in a highly concentrated portfolio of stocks representing specific themes, viz., (illustrative but not exhaustive)

a. Turnaround Opportunities: Invest in stocks where businesses are currently undergoing restructuring and/or coming out of a low point in the business cycle

b. High Growth Opportunities: Invest in stocks with promising high growth opportunity over the medium to long term

c. Deep Value Opportunities: Invest in stocks which trade a deep discount to their intrinsic value or well below long term valuation multiples

Fund Philosophy

Capitalizing on Restructuring and Corporate Turnarounds

The strategy actively identifies businesses undergoing operational restructuring, management shifts, or cyclical turnarounds, entering positions at cyclical lows when investor pessimism is maxed out but a structural recovery is imminent.

Structural Tailwinds via High Growth Capture

A core engine of the portfolio targets companies positioned inside expanding industrial sectors, backing businesses with strong execution capabilities that can deliver rapid compounded earnings growth over a medium-to-long-term horizon.

Deep Value Safety Margins

The philosophy demands buying into mispriced assets trading at significant structural discounts to their intrinsic values or long-term historical valuation multiples, providing a firm margin of safety to cushion against broader market drawdowns.

Capitalization and Sector Agnostic Mandate

The strategy maintains unconstrained flexibility across the multi-cap universe, shifting weight seamlessly between large, mid, and small-cap stocks to capture non-consensus opportunities wherever the risk-to-reward ratio looks asymmetric.

High Concentration Conviction Management

Instead of diluting gains across dozens of standard market holdings, the investment model builds a highly concentrated portfolio focused exclusively on its best thematic ideas, backing non-consensus conviction over passive diversification.
