We focus on giving long-term debt and equity to housing projects through our managed funds. Now, we're one of the biggest alternative investment fund managers in India. Our funds were some of the first to concentrate solely on funding affordable housing. HDFC Capital Advisors Limited wants to help build housing projects in important cities. We do this by working with well-known developers, which helps to increase the amount of good, affordable housing available in the country. Our company's Path to a Million Homes is about fixing the shortage of affordable homes in India.
