Sharad was key in building Motilal Oswal Real Estate from the start, growing its Assets Under Management to INR 7,150 Crores. His strategy and team leadership led to great investment results.

Before founding Arnya, Sharad held important positions at Motilal Oswal Real Estate, ICICI Prudential AMC, ICICI Bank, ASK, and First Rand Bank. This broad experience strengthens his expertise in real estate.
