Fund Overview
EQAR (Equity Absolute Return) is an active equity and equity derivatives approach that relies on intellectual property. It aims to act as a “debt++” solution using equities as the base. The approach uses ways like options trading, special situations, arbitrage, and long-short positions combined with flexible risk allocation to produce steady absolute returns. Indian investors can access the strategy as a Market Linked Debenture (MLD). Offshore investors can access it as a Category III AIF under GIFT City IFSCA with a Singapore VCC feeder.
Mastering Long term success through 5-50-500 model
To ensure our investment thesis is robust, we follow a structured 5-50-500 approach:
5 Stage
Start with 5 units of proprietary capital, testing strategies for 6 months to 5 years.
50 Stage
Scale with core clients, managing external capital for another 6 to 24 months.
500 Stage
Expand proven strategies to a broader client base.
