Naresh Kothari

Naresh, the Founder and Managing Partner of Alpha Alternatives, has worked in finance for over 30 years. Alpha Alternatives is a top multi-asset class alternatives platform in India and is known for its creative risk-return solutions. They have offices in India and Singapore and employ over 175 people, including more than 15 partners, offering nine different investment strategies. Before founding Alpha Alternatives, Naresh was a senior leader at Edelweiss Financial Services for 13 years. As President, he managed the Alternative Asset business and helped it grow. Over his career, Naresh has advised over 100 companies on capital market strategies and has recently served on boards to guide strategic reorganization and growth. Naresh, a fitness lover, is known for his unconventional thinking and ability to find mutually beneficial solutions. He has a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad and a BE in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
